CHEF BRAM FOWLER, a native South African and his wife Geraldine, a native from Mauritius Island, owned a small independent highly acclaimed neighborhood restaurant in Longwood Florida, after residing in the USA ten years prior. After a brief year trial in a private Country Club, the couple turned the page three years ago and started a catering only business. Their customers remain their loyal ones from the established JOURNEYS in Longwood and new ones from referral and word of mouth.
Chef Bram was nominated Best Chef in Central Florida in 2010 by Restaurant Forum magazine.
Chef Bram cooked at the prestigious James Beard Foundation House in NYC in June 2014.
What makes JOURNEYS CATERING different from any other catering company? Unlike many other big scale enterprises who do up to twenty catering jobs a day, Journeys does one event per day and that event is YOURS! No matter how small or big! Chef Bram himself writes your custom made menu which is within your budget and allergy restrictions, Chef Bram himself goes grocery shopping at farmers markets for the freshest locally used ingredients he can find in season and Chef Bram himself prepares his dishes in your home kitchen, booked venue or corporate office.

We have used Chef Bram Fowler for several parties and gatherings at our home. Chef Bram has always been extremely professional, arrived early, got the food out in a timely manner and left our home looking like nothing even happened (except for the delicious smells that lingered into the night)! My guests were more than impressed with the quality of the food and the presentation. Many of my friends and guests use Chef Bram for their special dinner parties after experiencing some of his amazing dishes and extremely reasonable pricing. Chef Bram always goes above and beyond to keep his clients happy. I am a vegetarian and have to say he doesn't just serve vegetables, he makes the most wonderful and creative vegetarian dishes I have EVER had, even better than some of the top rated restaurants in the world.

I have always enjoyed Bram's creative culinary talent! He always provides great quality and originality in his preparation. Most of all his love for creating and delivering delicious meal experience is reflected in every single plate!

Dear Geraldine & Bram,
Just wanted to thank you both for the several dinner parties you prepared in our home. I wish I could recall all the fabulous dishes from each party, one was just as delish as the other!
The chicken & Farro dish, The tenderloin and the shrimp & goat cheese were a few that were enjoyed by everyone!!!! Many compliments from our guests and tons of thank you notes especially from the kick off to our nieces wedding weekend !!!
Seriously, everyone said it was the best party and the food beyond "The Best Ever"
And to leave our home spotless with the biggest bowl of truffle popcorn...

After an initial telephone call or email introduction, Chef Bram and Geraldine meets with you at your respective home or office and discusses budget, guests, use of kitchen, set ups and menu preferences. If the venue is not your home kitchen, a meeting is set up at the chosen location for the same purposes. Being a wedding, rehearsal dinner, buffet, sit down dinner, corporate luncheon, anniversary party, platter deliveries, at home meals, sweet 16, private wine pairing dinner or whatever your event may be, Chef Bram will organize his freelance list of staff he needs to make sure your service compliments the food being served.
