Chef Bram himself writes your custom made menu which is within your budget and food restrictions, Chef Bram himself goes grocery shopping at farmers markets for the freshest locally used ingredients he can find in season and Chef Bram himself prepares his dishes in your home kitchen, booked venue or corporate office.
CHEF BRAM FOWLER, a native South African and his wife Geraldine, a native from Mauritius Island, owned a small independent highly acclaimed neighborhood restaurant in Longwood Florida. The couple turned the page in 2010 and started a catering only business. Their customers remained loyal from the established Journeys Restaurant and have made new ones from referral and word of mouth.
